Brief filling example

This is what a brief for an online furniture store looks like. Next to each block we explain why we need this information. You can edit the example or open a blank form.

Project

Why it mattersWriters post replies on behalf of real customers. The better we understand your business, the more natural the recommendation sounds and the less often moderators remove it.
2

Pages and anchors

PageAnchors, comma-separatedLinks
TipLink not only to the homepage. For a store, categories and popular products work well.
  • 3–5 anchors per page
  • No single keyword repeated

How to distributeFor a new site, start with submissions and directories: they get indexed quickly. Forums and blogs add more trust and clicks — add them gradually.
4

Anchor ratio

Safe distributionKeep keyword anchors at 10–15% max. The rest: brand name, site address or phrases like “here”, “on this site”.
5

Requirements and restrictions

Why it mattersThe competitor list protects against accidental mentions in threads where they're already discussed. We pass text restrictions on to every writer.
6

Timing and contact

TimingWe complete a standard order within 5–7 days after the site list is approved.
